1967 Mustang California Special Clone

This is a 1967 "California Special" clone. The C.S. was a dress up option offered by Ford
for 1968 model cars. This car has a data plate code indicating 1967 production, making it a clone.

This is a nicely done Mustang Coupe in Lime Gold with all the right California Special add ons.
The original package included CS stripes and badge's, louvered hood, fog lights and other trim

The Mustang / California Special had non functioning fiberglass side scoops. Although the
car carried the GT designation, it could be ordered with a six cylinder engine and thus was
not necessarily a true GT .

The CS package included different tail lights, same as on the Shelby and Ford Thunderbird .

The 1967 Mustang Coupe interior had a padded dash and steering wheel hub, and had
5 gauge sets.The Ivy Gold color on this example works well with the exterior paint scheme.
